Upsell and upgrade automations, including pre-approval expiry reminders

Problem / context

Operators want Sparrow to help drive extra revenue from guests already in conversation, on both the hotel and STR sides. Two specific opportunities have come up:

1. Pre-approval expiry reminder (hotel)
After a guest is pre-approved or invited to book and hasn't confirmed, send an automated reminder a configurable time before the invitation expires, letting them know the invitation is about to lapse in case they still want to book.

2. Upgrade offers (STR)
Offer guests paid upgrades alongside the add-on upsells already discussed, e.g. a larger unit, early check-in or late checkout.

Detail / spec

• Configurable reminder timing relative to pre-approval expiry.
• Editable message templates with merge fields.
• No reminder if the guest has already booked, declined or replied.
• Upgrade offers configurable per property or property group.

Acceptance criteria

• A pre-approved guest who hasn't booked gets a single reminder before the invitation expires.
• No reminder is sent once the guest books, declines or replies.
• Operators can configure and send upgrade offers to eligible guests.
