Turn off or change the name sign-off on Chirp AI replies for specific properties

Problem / context

Chirp AI replies to guests end with a name sign-off, and that sign-off applies to every property on the account. Some property owners don't want a staff name signed on replies for their property, and some have other wording preferences too.

Today there's no way to turn the sign-off off, or change it, for one property. Operators have to change it for the whole portfolio or edit each reply by hand, and edits by hand don't work for replies Autopilot sends.

Requested capability

Let operators turn off or change the name sign-off for specific properties or property groups, while every other property keeps the account default.

Detail / spec

• A sign-off setting for each property and property group, with three options: the account default, a different name, or no sign-off.

• It applies to Chirp AI drafts and to replies Autopilot sends to guests. Ideally it applies to review replies as well.

• Optional: other wording overrides for each property, such as greetings or phrases an owner doesn't want used.

• Properties with an override are easy to spot in settings, so the team knows which ones differ.

Acceptance criteria

• A property set to "no sign-off" gets Chirp AI drafts and Autopilot replies with no name sign-off.

• All other properties keep the account default sign-off.

• The setting also works when applied to a property group.
