Task reports by property group

Problem / context

Operators managing at the property group level need to see task volume broken out by group, for example how many tasks each property manager, area director, region, or market is receiving. Today there is no way to pull task activity grouped that way, which makes it hard to monitor load and spot where issues are concentrating.

Requested capability

Report on tasks by property group, showing task volume and activity per group, ideally on a schedule.

Detail / spec

• Task counts and activity broken out by property group (PM, AD, RD, market).
• Filterable by date range so a group's volume can be tracked over time.
• Deliverable on a schedule to the relevant owner, consistent with scheduled reports, rather than a manual pull each time.

Acceptance criteria

• A user can view task volume per property group.
• The report can be filtered by date range and scheduled for delivery.
• Group breakdown matches the property group structure already in the account.
