Support manual task creation for conversations and review predictions

Sparrow Intel currently lets you create tasks manually from reviews and automatically through the rules engine for reviews, review predictions, conversation posts, voice conversations, and listing quality changes.

This update adds the ability to create tasks manually from review predictions and conversations, providing the same flexibility already available for reviews.

    Create tasks from review predictions

    When a review prediction shows a guest is likely to leave a poor review, you can now act on it straight from the prediction. Click Create Task to send a work order to Breezeway, Asana, ClickUp or your PMS. Pick the department, add a title and description, and optionally assign and schedule it.

    Each task you create appears in a Tasks Created card on the prediction, along with tasks your rules create. The card links straight to the task in your task tool, so your team can see the issue is already being handled before the guest ever writes a review.

    P.S. Conversations customers: the same Create Task button is now on every conversation. Tasks you create there appear at the top of the new Follow-Up tab, which replaces the Analysis tab.
