Support manual task creation for conversations and review predictions

Sparrow Intel currently lets you create tasks manually from reviews and automatically through the rules engine for reviews, review predictions, conversation posts, voice conversations, and listing quality changes.

This update adds the ability to create tasks manually from review predictions and conversations, providing the same flexibility already available for reviews.
