Description:
Currently, when an Airbnb reservation includes multiple guests in a conversation, Sparrow Intel attributes all incoming messages to the primary booking guest. As a result, messages sent by additional guests appear as though they were sent by the primary guest.
For example, if Jason is the primary guest on the reservation and Chad is an additional guest, a message sent by Chad in Airbnb will appear in Sparrow Intel as having been sent by Jason. This can lead to confusion and awkward responses when property managers address the wrong person by name.
Requested Enhancement:
Display the actual Airbnb participant who sent each message when that information is available from Airbnb.
Clearly indicate the sender on each message within the conversation thread.
Preserve the primary booking guest designation while still showing individual participant identities for messages.
Benefit:
This would improve conversation accuracy, reduce guest confusion, and help property managers provide a more personalized guest experience when communicating with reservations that include multiple travelers.
Please authenticate to join the conversation.
