Show Agent Full Names on Responses, Not Just Initials

Description:

In the conversation log, the agent who responded is shown only by their first initial. With multiple agents working the same inbox, an initial is not enough to reliably identify who handled a given message, which makes it hard to track ownership and follow up internally.

For example, when reviewing a conversation to see who replied to a guest, a manager sees only an initial and cannot always tell which team member it was, especially when several agents share the same first initial.

Requested Enhancement:

  • Show the responding agent's full name on hover over their initials.
  • Optionally display the agent's full name in small text directly beneath each message, so it is visible without hovering.
  • Make it easy to identify who responded to each message at a glance.

Benefit:

Clear attribution of responses would improve accountability and internal follow-up, letting managers and teammates quickly see who handled each guest interaction.
