There is an issue with Track’s API that is preventing review replies from bring posted to the OTAs. We are actively working with Track’s dev team to get this resolved.
In the meantime, we have implemented our “Copy and Open” functionality for Track users, allowing for review replies while we await a fix from Track’s team.
