Month-over-month cleaning score trend report by property

Problem / context

Department managers want to see how cleaning scores move month to month for each property. Category ratings are already stored per review and the cleaner reports cover part of this, but there is no single view of cleaning score by property over successive months.

Requested capability

A report showing cleaning score per property, month over month, for a chosen set of properties or property groups.

Detail / spec

• One row per property, one column per month, with the change from the prior month.
• Filter by property group and date range.
• Exportable, with Excel as a requested format alongside PDF.
• Same layout should extend to other categories later, starting with maintenance.

Acceptance criteria

• Monthly cleaning averages reconcile with the cleanliness ratings on the underlying reviews.
• The report can be exported and scheduled.
