Google Review Content & Sentiment Auto-Update on Edit

Customer inquired if Sparrow Intel automatically updates the content and sentiment analysis of a Google review when a guest changes their review. This follows a previous confirmation that Google review ratings are updated hourly.

Currently the overall rating does update as well as, of course, any updates and replies, but sentiment does not get reprocessed and reviews do not get retranslated either.
