Filter reviews by Published

Problem / context

Reviews can be marked Published from the review inbox or by a Set Published rule action. Published controls which reviews appear in Review Widgets set to show only published reviews, and it is available through the Public API. The review inbox has no filter for it, so teams can't list the reviews that are live on their website or find the ones still waiting to be published.

A Published filter in the review inbox.

Detail / spec

• Published and Not published options.

• Combines with the existing review filters (source, rating, property, property group, date).

• Can be saved as part of a custom filter view.

• Review exports respect the filter.

Acceptance criteria

• Filtering by Published returns exactly the reviews marked Published.

• Filtering by Not published returns the rest.

• Publishing or unpublishing a review moves it in or out of the filtered list.
