Extend Direct Airbnb Support Thread Access to PMS Users

Sparrow Intel already enables users without a PMS to retrieve, manage, and reply to Airbnb support threads through our official direct integration with Airbnb.

This feature extends that capability to users whose Airbnb conversations are ordinarily sourced through a PMS. Because some PMS configurations do not provide access to Airbnb support threads, Sparrow Intel will retrieve those threads directly through our Airbnb integration—giving PMS users the same ability to view, manage, and respond to them within Sparrow Intel.
