Detect Common Guest Questions in Messaging

We are looking to update our Guidebooks and Saved Replies to help reduce customer questions. Ideally we can have an Insights Button that shares the "Guests have questions about the grill at X property." or "Many prospects have confusion about this listings's xyz etc"

I believe the right information and expectation setting at the right time dials guest interactions to the bare minimum.
