You can now choose exactly what each teammate can do in Sparrow Intel. Alongside Owner and Team Member, there are two new roles:
Read-Only: sees everything on your account, but can't change anything. Good for leadership, new hires and outside consultants.
Custom: you choose what each person can see and change in each area, such as Reviews, Data & Dashboards, Rules, Templates and Integrations. Start from the Team Member or Read-Only preset, then adjust.
Review replies have two separate permissions:
Draft Review Replies: write a reply or generate one with Chirp AI, and save it as a draft.
Reply to Reviews: publish replies.
A junior teammate can draft replies, and someone more senior can review and publish them.
To set it up: click your profile icon, then Account → Team Members. Add a user, or click the pencil next to an existing user, and choose a Role. Only Owners can change roles.
