View a complete history of key conversation actions, including who closed or reopened a conversation, sent a message, added or removed a label, or changed the assignee. Each activity includes a timestamp, helping teams improve accountability and understand exactly what happened.

    Conversation Activity Trail

    Every conversation now has an Activity tab showing exactly who did what, and when — closed and reopened, assigned and unassigned, labels added and removed, replies sent, AI drafts approved, edited, or declined, reservations linked, notes updated, and starring or hiding.

    Automated actions are attributed too. Chirp AI Autopilot is named for the replies it sends and the threads it auto-closes, rules are shown by name so you can tell which one fired, and system events — a cancellation arriving from the channel and reopening a closed thread, for example — appear alongside them. A reply composed in your PMS or directly on the channel is marked as sent outside Sparrow Intel under your company name, rather than being credited to a teammate who didn't send it.
