Create Task enrichment

When a review or prediction rule fires the "Create Task in Breezeway" action, the resulting Breezeway task contains only a link back into Sparrow Intel. To understand why the task was created — which guest, which channel, what was flagged, and (for reviews) what score was left — a field team member has to log into Sparrow. Operators don't want to provision Sparrow access for housekeeping and maintenance teams, and the extra login step delays action. The result is that the context lives one click away from the people who need it most. Operators also want a direct PMS link to the reservation inserted into the Breezeway task, so field teams can reach the underlying reservation in their PMS without routing through Sparrow. Requested Enhancement:

• Write the originating source directly into the Breezeway task body and/or title at creation time.

• Insert a direct PMS link to the associated reservation into the Breezeway task.

• Source = the OTA/channel (Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, Google) for review-based rules, or the origin type (prediction / conversation) for non-review rules.

• For review-based rules, include the review score: the normalized overall rating, plus the relevant sub-score where applicable (e.g., cleanliness score on a cleaning task). Prediction-based rules have no score at task-creation time, so no score is written for those.

• Retain the existing Sparrow deep link for anyone who wants the full record.

• Apply consistently across both review-based and prediction-based rules (score included for reviews only). Benefit: Surfacing the source inline — plus the review score on review-based tasks — along with a direct PMS link to the reservation, would let field teams understand and action a Breezeway task and jump straight to the reservation in their PMS without ever opening Sparrow, removing a login barrier, speeding up response, and putting the right context directly in front of the people doing the work.
