Allow users to manually set Listing Quality status and add notes

Problem / context

Listing Quality status is driven entirely by what Airbnb pushes to us. Users have no way to record their own knowledge of where a listing stands, such as an appeal having been submitted or denied, or to attach context explaining what happened. There is also demand for Listing Quality to serve as a historical record: pull up a unit and see that it was removed, why, and when.

Requested capability

Let users manually set a Listing Quality status and attach notes, so the record reflects both what Airbnb reports and what the operator knows.

Detail / spec

• Ability to manually set or override a listing quality status (e.g., appeal submitted, appeal denied).
• Ability to add free-text notes against a listing's quality record.
• Preserve history so past statuses and notes remain reviewable rather than being overwritten.
• Manual entries should be distinguishable from platform-reported status.

Acceptance criteria

• A user can set a status manually and add a note.
• Historical statuses and notes are retained and viewable.
• Manual entries are distinguishable from platform-reported data.
