AI review replies use the reservation guest's name instead of the reviewer's name

When generating an AI reply to a review, Sparrow Intel took the guest's name from the linked reservation instead of the name shown on the review itself.

• No reservation linked (common for Google reviews): the reply never addressed the reviewer by name.

• Reservation linked, but someone else left the review (for example, one spouse booked the stay and the other left the Google review under their own name): the reply used the booker's name instead of the reviewer's.

Fix: AI review replies will use the name on the review, and fall back to the reservation guest's name only when the review doesn't have one. This covers replies generated from the Reviews screen and by Auto Respond with AI rules, for Google and every other review source that shows a reviewer name.
