Add or remove individual listings directly on a rule

Problem / context

Rules can only be scoped by property group. To stop one rule from sending to a single listing, operators have to build a property group of every other listing and attach it to the rule. That group then has to be kept up to date by hand: any new listing that isn't added to it silently stops receiving the rule.

This came up when an operator needed to stop the mid-stay feedback request (a feedback request rule) for one listing while keeping it on for the rest of the portfolio.

Requested capability

Let users add or exclude individual listings directly on a rule, without creating a property group.

Detail / spec

  • Applies to both regular rules and feedback request rules.
  • Support an "exclude these listings" option, so new listings are covered by default and only the excluded ones are left out.
  • Works alongside existing property group conditions.

Acceptance criteria

  • A user can exclude a single listing from a rule in the rule editor.
  • New listings added to the account are included in the rule unless explicitly excluded.
  • Existing property group conditions keep working unchanged.
