2 decimal of the ratings

We calculate our team bonus based on 2 decimals, could you give us the option to do 4.92, 4.68?
Thank you
Also even though we have selected Out of 5 review function, our email notification is still out of 10, so when I get a 2 star review, the email notification looks like 4.
